We had a phenomenal experience getting a bit of body work done on the front bumper of my daughter’s older car last week. (She had an encounter with a couple of those huge orange barrels that were in the road!!) We just stopped in, assuming we would make an appointment and a super helpful woman, Lindsay, got the car ushered back to be looked at by a tech. It was fixed quickly and looked beautiful. When I picked up my supposedly repaired car the person I was dealing with didn't go over it with me because it was end of day, and it was his birthday so he was leaving. As I started to leave some movement caught my eye, and I discovered that door weatherstripping was not attached. Once home I went over the repairs and discovered five other problems, three with trim improperly installed, an unpainted place, and some kind of mess on the hood.
