Unfortunately I have had two cars in one year that has needed the services that Caliber collision provides. Each time my car was taken in, the staff that works there, were helpful and patient in explaining things to me. I felt like I was kept informed on my cars service every step of the way and appreciated that it was done as quickly as they were able. Communication before, during and after was awesome! I truly appreciate the job they did on my cars and would recommend them to anyone!

This review is about the Caliber Collision in Oregon, OH. The work done on my car was good, the reason for the one star is the poor customer service. First they had my car for a month which was twice as long as they initially said. And I understand some parts were delayed and something had to be sent back but I was never told about those things, I was told about them only when I called looking for updates.
