First experience with Caliber, as assigned by my insurance company following an accident. Thorough communication throughout the repair and completed on time with full explanation of all required repairs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, they were truly the calm in my storm.
10/10 service from the folks here. Lexus kept us informed through out the entire process. The estimated completion date was a month and a half later than it actually took them. I felt highly satisfied with their customer service and professionalism.
