Shotty service work! Vehicle was damaged from run In with a deer kept my car for a month after they told me maximum 3 weeks informed me of progress but when I received the car was during the day driving home (2 hour drive) became dark noticed my headlights pointed everywhere but on the road in front of me cost me additional funds had to take it to a dealership to correct headlights! I cannot put in words how thrilled I am with the service and end result of our repair. Ms Lisa up front was always very kind and helpful. Caleb was who handled our repair and anyone who worked on the truck, you did a flawless job and it sparkled when we picked it up. Thank you! The entire deal was handled smoothly. Thank you to Caliber and my insurance company for making this anything but burdensome.
