Tiffany was absolutely awesome and I loved how Collision and my insurance company and the rental car company communicated together to get me totally taken care of! I felt like a VIP and my car looks like it too!
Someone hit the rear of my car while I was parked in a private lot. My insurance company suggested Caliber for needed repairs. I was very happy with the whole process, from estimates, coordination with the rental car company, and quality of service. Definitely would recommend them!! I can’t comment on pricing only because everything was covered by insurance.
Incredibly friendly, professional and efficient! Would absolutely recommend to someone! I sent in my car in Thursday and the repairs were done well within the timeframe of the following week!
