The short take, these guys are outstanding! I cannot say one negative thing about them whatsoever. Excellent work. Great price. Outstanding customer service. These guys take no shortcuts, they go the extra mile. I had a door repaired and I goofed sending it in 3 wks before our vacation. The service was exceptional. I got text on the regular on the progress of my car. When we first went to get an estimate Skip the person we dealt with was very thorough about explaining what needed to be done. He also asked if we had any questions. Unfortunately, we’ve had to have two vehicles to their Springfield location within a two month period. FORTUNATELY for us, George ( Skip) is amazing at what he does! Warranties parts and our vehicles look brand new again! Their customer service is second to none with them taking the time to explain the process from beginning to end, calling with updates and top notch service all throughout!
My insurance company suggested I take my car here. I was very pleased with the quality of work done and the service I received personally when I dropped off and picked up my F150. I couldn't tell it had ever been in an accident. Friendly people.
