I had my truck in for some minor rear quarter damage (4 hours labor)and to replace my front grill and grill surround. ( all screw and clip on parts) 3 weeks later I get it back and the front grill and hood were totally miss aligned and coming off. They had reinstalled with broken brackets and used and missing clips. I brought it back and after another day its given back a bit better but still miss aligned. I would never go back to the St Cloud Mn branch or recommend them- they are the K-MArt of auto body
Was encouraged to waive the use of oem parts on day one because “it’ll take longer” Was quoted two weeks the day I dropped off my car. So far we’re on the end of week four. Couldn’t get it this week as promised because “the bumper was scratched by a teammate and now it needs to get repainted.” Will I get it back? Will the work be satisfactory? Stay tuned.
Seems like the owner doesn’t like certain types of people walking into the office. Can’t really ask questions or get an answer from them
