Was encouraged to waive the use of oem parts on day one because “it’ll take longer” Was quoted two weeks the day I dropped off my car. So far we’re on the end of week four. Couldn’t get it this week as promised because “the bumper was scratched by a teammate and now it needs to get repainted.” Will I get it back? Will the work be satisfactory? Stay tuned.
Seems like the owner doesn’t like certain types of people walking into the office. Can’t really ask questions or get an answer from them
I was so sad when I had an accident with our 2005 Chevy Impala. Despite it being an old car, it was always reliable--even with 212,000 miles. Ken was truly a miracle worker in repairing the badly crimped hood and had it for us in two days. He found a matching hood with very minimal damage and gave us an incredibly good deal in terms of repair cost. We can tell he takes pride in his work, even giving us a tour of his facility. We will definitely spread the word that Caliber Collision is the place to go with auto repairs!
If I could give them 100 stars I would. Great work fast service and communication was on point. They all deserve a raise
