Caliber was fantastic. Great quality work and they kept me informed along the way. Highly recommend
I went in to have my 2015 Nissan repaired. The repairs turned out great. I asked them if they could buff out my headlight lenses and put the connectors back on my headlight bulbs because I couldn’t do it. They did that for me at no charge. They truly believe in customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.
So, minor front end work needed. Simple bumper cover, plastics, and a bracket or 2. Car has been here for 2 MONTHS! STILL NOT DONE AFTER 2 MONTHS. If you don't know what you're doing when it comes to Audi's just say it and I'll take it to the dealer. They might be good with other cars, but don't take Audi here. Let you insurance company know as well.
I would definitely not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. At the recommendation of my insurance company I went to Caliber and received an estimate 1 year ago and since have not been able to get my vehicle fixed. For the entire year they kept blaming my insurance company for the holdup. First saying the insurance company said the damage to my vehicle was normal wear and tear, then there was too much “other” damage to my truck (I have no other damage) and then saying my insurance would not approve the work.
