I would definitely not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. At the recommendation of my insurance company I went to Caliber and received an estimate 1 year ago and since have not been able to get my vehicle fixed. For the entire year they kept blaming my insurance company for the holdup. First saying the insurance company said the damage to my vehicle was normal wear and tear, then there was too much “other” damage to my truck (I have no other damage) and then saying my insurance would not approve the work. I had received hail damage on my car. Since I filed a claim thru SF, they sent me to Caliber. Caliber kept my car for 5 weeks!! I had to pay out of pocket for an extra week for my car rental. Its been very inconvenient. Dont take your car there unless you dont need it for a long time. Very disapponted.
