Great customer service
I had some work done here on my 2018 Cadillac XT5. Someone hit me out of state. Robert wrote it up and gave me a very good estimate that was spot on. I didn’t want to go through my insurance. It was the other drivers fault, so he paid. I was extremely happy with the work. They matched the paint perfectly! It doesn’t even look like it was ever damaged! Thank you Caliber!
I went by today to see about a quote for a repair. I waited 30+ minutes to be seen, then was essentially dismissed as soon as we walked to my car. I asked for the manager and his immediate tone was condescending and demeanor was unwelcoming. The only pleasantly about this visit was the front desk person, she was helpful.
