Went to get my car fixed after being in an accident. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was assigned my Car Repair Rep, Gilbert. He was the best!!! Answered every call and question I had regarding my car and the repairs that were being made. He made it super easy to get the rental car so I could make it to work on time and even went to drop off my car after it was done so that I wouldn’t have to miss work. It was truly the best experience I’ve had by far! And my car looked amazing!!! Thumbs up!!!
The service at your Foster location was excellent. My service advisor Gilbert handled my vehicle like it was his own. He tripled checked it before handing it over. The technicians did a great job as you can't tell there was damage. Thank you CC for your care and service.
