Lisa was incredible. I overheard her talking to people in the office and on the phone and she is genuinely this kind. She not only was incredibly helpful but went above and beyond to help me dealing with my Dad that is hospitalized. She deserves a raise! A perfect receptionist and the person you want to see the minute you step inside. So welcoming and made me feel right at home.
I didn’t know customer service like I received from Caliber Collision still existed. Big thanks to the team for reattaching my truck door molding in 15 minutes…with no appointment! Only cost me my appreciation. THANKS!
The Mgr. Spencer went above and beyond to make the process seamless and to accommodate my needs during the insurance claim process.. really went the extra mile.. higly recommend!!
