As a girl it can be intimidating to go to a collision place alone I don’t have a lot of car knowledge and you never know how you will be treated but Colton was amazing …!!!! He was kind, professional and gave me all the information I needed on my car. I felt very comfortable from the beginning thru the whole process . My car is with them since last 11 days, and no update on when it’s going to get finished. I am paying from my pocket for the rental car. It was supposed to be done by 2 days earlier and as today is Friday, now it won’t be done until Monday (that’s not sure). Worst service on the promise of timing.
I have used Caliber Collision at this location 3 times and my experience has been fantastic. During my most recent experience I brought my daughter’s car in to repair the bumper. Instead of up charging me or ordering new parts, Anthony said let’s drive it into the garage and see what we can do. Within 15 minutes he fixed it. In all of my experiences with Caliber Collision, they have been helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.
I ran through wet paint spilled on the road. It splattered up the drivers side of my car and sprayed the back. I dropped by Caliber Collision to get their opinion on removing the paint. They took a good look at it, asked if I had time for them to work on it (which I did), took it in the shop and an hour later they had the paint removed. On top of that, they refused to take any payment!!! They just asked me to give them a good review and recommend them to my friends. Happy to do it and I appreciate their efforts.
