Ryan was whom I worked with for my repairs. He’s very patient and professional.
No human responded to my requests for repair details until the day before the car’s expected completion and it was to advise me of a delay. When I picked up the car (small SUV) a few days later, and arrived home with it, I found at least a half inch of standing water under and around the spare tire compartment and all the upholstered coverings were saturated.
