The vehicle was not reassembled correctly. Missing parts.
We have used this facility twice. Most recently they completed my car in less than 3 days. Granted, it was relatively minor damage but we so appreciate getting our car back quickly.
The Calibur Collision in Indian Land did an excellent job on my Honda SUV. Mine's was a difficult case. I needed a new driver's door and right rear view mirror. It is a 2013 model, so Honda stopped making those parts THIRTEEN years ago. Despite that, they still found parts (that came from other 2013 CR-Vs, likely from another state far away) that were still in good condition, got them to the shop, and onto my vehicle. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs his/her car getting back on the road after an accident.
I went in for quotes on two different jobs, and it quickly became obvious this shop is completely money-hungry and only interested in milking insurance claims. Here is exactly why: Job 1: The "Warranty" Excuse First, I asked about having them paint a front quarter panel and bumper that I would supply. They refused, claiming they have to purchase the parts themselves for "warranty purposes." I understood this and agreed to let them buy and paint the parts.
