The work they did on my car was great. It looks good as new. The issue was time of service and lack of communication unless I called. I understand life happens but multiple times I couldn't reach my service advisor as he was out of office. However, those i spoke to made it seem like only he had answers to my car. For time of service, apparently the first replacement part was cracked and second didn't come with clips. It simply added unnecessary time to my repair keeping me out of a vehicle longer.
