The customer service was incredibly disappointing here. Joey told me that my car would be done the following week’s end, and it ended up taking a month for the repair to be completed. Amber was the bright spot of the visit, as she was always willing to leave notes on my behalf and give up updates (if any) when they came her way. It seems this company brings in cars for money with no regard of timeliness.
this place is a joke. I went in 8 days ago for a quote and they said they would email it next day. I have called daily to remind them and they just give me the runaround. go to Regency if you want to be taken seriously, got my quote on the spot.
My repair was done on time and it was done very well. The customer service was excellent.
