I brought my car in for Repairs from an accident where I was traveling 7 miles an hour. Drop off date was January 29/25. It is now April 4, 2026 and I still do not have my car!! He said she said has continued for months between caliber and Travelers Dorchester County American Red Cross insurance. Things got so bad at the Savannah Highway location in Charleston, South Carolina that they closed the entire caliber collision location. The customer service was incredibly disappointing here. Joey told me that my car would be done the following week’s end, and it ended up taking a month for the repair to be completed. Amber was the bright spot of the visit, as she was always willing to leave notes on my behalf and give up updates (if any) when they came her way. It seems this company brings in cars for money with no regard of timeliness.
this place is a joke. I went in 8 days ago for a quote and they said they would email it next day. I have called daily to remind them and they just give me the runaround. go to Regency if you want to be taken seriously, got my quote on the spot.
