My repair was done on time and it was done very well. The customer service was excellent.
Absolutely the worst experience ever with a body shop ever. I normally deal with there other location in West Ashley but they are no longer in contract with my insurance company. Scheduled an estimate did everything and Joey kept giving myself and my insurance agent the run around to actually get an estimate sent in. 3 weeks of him telling both of us that he was “waiting on part prices it should be in that day and would have an estimate put in by the end of the day”.
