Great service! Excellent job. Highly recommended!
First time ever working through insurance so didn’t really know what to do. My fiancé went in to drop the car off and the employees thought she had left. Talking amongst themselves with my fiancé in the room, called her an idiot multiple times, said she was privileged, and proceeded to laugh about it all. Definitely will not be recommending caliber to anyone who is looking for a repair. Terrible customer service. Happened 7/21/25.
