Update: Follow up from the manager, he referenced my review and implied that he wouldn't continue with the estimate. I ended up going with Better Collision. Save your money and time! They can't repair vehicles with aftermarket parts. As a preferred repair facility for USAA, I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I was waiting 3 weeks for them to "research" parts and still no estimate. Finally, got a call the night before I was scheduled to drop off my vehicle to only be told that they can't rep... read more
I would like to say I am blessed and grateful for the outcome of my 2015 GMC SIERRA. Mr. Jay and Mrs Bonnie were very professional and exceeded expectations. Due to some of the reviews I was skeptical about the place, but of course everyone has their own opinion and experience. Lastly, very flexible with me as I was gone for a TDY for training.
