That is, until now! Chris and his team not only turned my pumpkin back into a carriage, but did so with unique banter unprecedented consideration! Seriously, my only regret is that Chris isn’t also a tax accountant or a dentist, so he could make those typically dreadful experiences delightful as well.
My experience with Caliber Collision at the West Plano location was outstanding. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there to get repaired. Natalie was able to get all of my questions that I needed answered and she assisted with scheduling Enterprise to pick me up from their location. Hilda went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was key for me and she did just that! I would continue using them for future repairs.
Great work! They finished the repair work earlier than expected and actually below the original estimate! I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs!
