The damage on the rear of my ford explorer was fixed quickly and I had it back in less than a week. The receptionist Megan was friendly and very helpful from start to finish and kept me informed when the car was actually in for repairs and when we could pick it up.
I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the repairs to my car and appreciated the texts that let me know what was happening. The way they worked with the insurance claim adjuster and the rental car company really helped to make sure my experience was as hassle-free as possible. The other party's insurance paid for everything but the final cost seemed reasonable to me for all the work that had to be done.
Caliber Collision is truly a 5☆ company! I am so pleased that I found them and they repaired my car. It is beautiful and I am so happy with the work Caliber Collision has done. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.
