They did a great job and returned my car shiny clean inside and out.
I had a great experience with Caliber from start to end of the project.
Update: It has been three months since I emailed them based on their remark to "make this right". The national office emailed me back stating that they pushed my issue to the regional office. Since then, I've never heard anything back. It appears management at all levels are inadequate. I highly encourage everyone to use a locally owned auto body repair shop and not this national chain.
