Very responsive
I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. My truck was returned twice with numerous quality issues, including poor panel alignment and noticeable paint mismatches and missing parts. After weeks waiting for my truck to be repaired I expected my truck to be repaired properly. Instead Frank just made many excuses for why the repairs weren’t done properly. Overall an extremely stressful process for a truck that still isn’t repaired.
10/10 recommend !!!! They are amazing to work with!! They call twice a week with updates to let you know how things are going and keep you informed on the progress!!! They even cleaned my car!!!!! I am very happy with their service!!
Everyone here is kind and professional. Received regular updates!
