I brought my car to Caliber Collision for a warranty repair, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Communication was poor from start to finish. I had to chase them down for updates, and no one seemed to have clear answers. The staff was unhelpful and made no real effort to resolve the issue or keep me informed. Extremely disappointing service. I expected much better, especially for a warranty job. Would not recommend.

Caliber Collision was so very kind during the repair process, got my car fixed ahead of schedule and was so easy to work with! I would definitely use them again if the need arose!!
