Jaci at the front desk was Extremely helpful and nice. Ivan, the manager went out of his way to drop me off at enterprise and to take my rental car back to enterprise when I got my truck back from them. They are extremely nice people and work fast! They also cleaned up my truck very nice.
I won’t be coming here again. I didn’t even choose to have this one, my car was moved here and it’s been there for close to TWO months. It got sent back to my area for me to pick up with a crooked back trunk and multiple issues with the paint. WHY DO THEY ALLOW IT TO BE SENT BACK WHEN IT LOOKS TERRIBLE?Waste of time on both ends to do that. Then, i was supposed to get it back three days ago and still haven’t gotten it. Sort of ridiculous.
