Poor communication and even worse time management. We were quoted a 2-week maximum to get some panels replaced and painted, somebody side-swiped our 2021 Palisade. The tech even told us he thought they were overestimating the time, and assured us it should be done in a week. Well after 3 weeks had passed with almost no communication, they finally told us the expected completion date was actually another 2 weeks out, with no explanation. I’ve had two accidents where I’ve needed extensive body repair and even structural repair. Everyone at Caliber has been Everything you could ask for when dealing with a wrecked car! Kevin gave us updates almost every day And even checked in on us whenever it was getting close to the time of completion! I’ve never had any issues with Caliber and would absolutely tell anyone to take their car here to the Vigo County Caliber.
