Picked up my car this morning, and it looks better than BEFORE my wreck!! And cleaner :D Nick Heaston was my liaison at the shop and he was awesome with regards to sending updates and answering my many questions. Definitely will go to them again if I need body work!
My wife had her vehicle repaired here after accident, worked with our insurance, Excellent quality service and her vehicle looked like brand new when returned to us. Highly recommend
Honest and detailed work to make our experience easy and even gave us other tips on our car for the future especially Nick, who was the most helpful.
Nick was great he kept in contact with me the whole time. And their partnership with the local enterprise was seamless. Enterprise had a car waiting and I could just drop off right at caliber. No doubt Caliber Collision takes pride in great customer service. Hopefully I don’t need to go back but if I do I will be glad to work with such a knowledgeable team again! Great job team.
