Went to the Warsaw, Indiana location and I was very pleased. From the time I walked into the door till we picked up our car, everything went smooth and perfect. They were very good about letting me know what they needed to do to my car. They explained all of the costs and worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to.They also kept me up to date on what they were doing to my car and when I would be able to pick it up. Stopped in for estimate and I was amazed at how fast and easy they are to work with. The lady who did my estimate went over all the details with me and they worked together to get with my insurance to get what they needed. Everyone worked together and they create a welcoming atmosphere. You dont get service from many places these days where people actually help you but Caliber has amazing service & offered to help me navigate through the process that I was not sure how to do.
