Excellent repair. Customer service exceptional.
I've used this location twice, first when a deer t-boned me (the deer was fine) and once more recently when I tagged a column while backing out of a parking spot (totally stupid, totally my doing). Anyway, both times the staff at this location was professional, courteous, and thorough, both in the job they did and in the communications about the same. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work!
I had a fender bender and just got back my car and they did not do a good job at all. They took longer than estimated and they didn’t even do a decent job. You get automated texts on the updates which aren’t really updates because it’s after the fact - thank you for telling my car won’t be ready the day after that you’re supposed to have it ready.
