All contact should have gone to my spouse but of course I received them all even after they requested and updated the POC. Overall the updates and completion of service was superb.
Starting from the receptionist everyone was very friendly and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was very happy with the results. They completed the work before the estimated date. They returned it very clean, even the tires were clean. I recommend Caliber in Springfield.
