Excellent service, top shelf kept me informed of progress. My car looked like knew when i picked it up. Great staff, friendly and helpful! Jonathan and Stephanie were very professional in the front iffice area. I wouldn't use anyone else!!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Stafford today. Richard Gregg was extremely helpful and does phenomenal work. Also, shout out to Jonathan at the front desk. He was super helpful when I made the initial call and as I waited I watched him interact with customers - he’s a great first impression!
Came here looking to schedule a quote for a repair and Richard told me he could take care of it right then and there. He took very good care of me while i waited, not long. Very impressed in a world where customer service is dead and i recommend to anyone in the area.
