My experience at cicero caliber collision was great. Took some time to get everything done but to be expected with ordering aparts and debating with insurance. My vehicle looks great and the communication was on point. Gary Groff was the person that kept me up to date on everything and was very accommodating. Much appreciation to him and his team of workers. Thanks again guys.
It started with lack of communication. When I went to pick up the car, there was a paint run in the bumper, chip in the new paint, hood scoop looked like a three year old tried to make it fit and the hood was lower than the bumper. Took it back and the chip got a paint pen of what looks like a different color and over spray on the new fog light cover. They did fix the hood scoop with a new one and readjusted the hood to fit right. I refuse to take it back to them to fix the other mistakes. Very disappointed with the work the... read more
**EDITED**** 6.30.25 I'd like to give a huge shout out to GARY from Caliber. From beginning to end a pleasure. Professionalism through and through. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Today(6.30.25) I had a flat tire and Gary took me right away and handled it.
Excellent communication from Gary Groff and fantastic service from drop off to pick up. Car in excellent condition- looks brand new! My white pearl paint is a difficult color to match and it looks flawless!!! Very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend family and friends to take their vehicle to Caliber Collision. The collaboration with Caliber being a GEICO Express repair shop made the process fast! Thank you, Caliber Cicero!
Gary is the man!! He seriously helped me out a lot. Better than Geico could. He really saved my @SS. TALK TO GARY. 10/10 recommend
