The times we have been here (and sometimes we come in for silly things), they have been so so understanding and courteous. This is the best customer service I have received from the moment I walk in to when u leave, I really appreciate them and highly recommend them, especially if you’re a gal like me and simply don’t have time for trivial car maintenance.
This business is phenomenonal. Caliber Collision, Fulshear, coordinated everything for me and kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan and Daniel took exceptional care of us. They turned a bad collision incident into a seamless repair. I HIGHLY recommend them‼️They truly went above and beyond.i will highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience. They called me on Saturday at 9:00 AM and told me I only had until 10:00 AM—just one hour—to pick up my car or they wouldn’t be able to release it. That kind of pressure is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the car was returned extremely dirty inside, which shows a lack of care and professionalism. Very poor service overall. I do not recommend this place.
