Overall, I had a good experience with the collision center. They replaced the taillight and repaired and painted the rear bumper. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe, and I received daily updates on the repair progress The reason I didn't give a 5 is that the paint color has a slight difference compared to the rest of the car body. However, my vehicle has a complex color, so I understand that achieving a perfect match can be challenging.
