Service and the staff were excellent. I brought the car back for minor issues. Was no problem with the vehicle. And was given written information and explanations for that vehicle. The general manager Raymond and service technician did an excellent job and we are very happy for the quick service. I would recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family members.
Caliber Collision is the best collision center I've used yet! Incredible service! Kept me updated daily on my cars progress, was finished being repaired before it's estimated time and the repairs were seamless. Great work! Great office staff too! They were very understanding and even held my car for me while I was recovering from an illness until I was able to pick it up. They took care of my car from start to finish, everyone was friendly and they updated me twice a week while my car was in process. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who was as confused as i was with my first accident & hope i wont have to come back but if i need to i will come here. Thanks Caliber!
Great crew, solid job done
My vehicle was ready sooner than the expected completion date. Even after some unknown conditions were uncovered and also repaired. The completed work looks like new. Communication from Harley was great, keeping me updated throughout the process. Cleaning the interior and exterior was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this shop and staff and would return if I ever need more bodywork. Thanks!
