Sometimes you can tell how an experience is going to be just by the way someone answers the phone. The young woman wasn't very helpful and had to put me on hold to see if they accepted my insurance, which they did. I said I have an estimate from Progressive and would like to schedule a time to drop the car off for repair. She said I'd have to call Progressive to get them the right paperwork.
