I had a great experience with Caliber Collision on Veterans Parkway in Bloomington, Illinois. The facility was extremely clean and well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their operation. The staff was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. Very knowledgeable staff. Assessment for repairs didn't take much time. They worked with my insurance company in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and thorough. Very pleased with the work and communication.
Caliber collision did an amazing job! My car needed a new strut, dropped it off on Monday and got her back Friday afternoon. Christy and Caleb were so nice and so helpful! They even cleaned my car. I almost didn’t recognize it at pickup.
