This is a horrible company do not do business with them. We were told there were two pieces to replace on our car, and it took them three weeks to replace those two parts and paint. They told us some of the parts were on backorder and we could drive the car until the parts came in, but when I went to pick the car up, they would not let me take it. Caliber Collison in Pelham was a pleasure to work with. I received timely updates, and even speaking with Wayne, he was patient with my questions, and professional. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
Went to Caliber Collision for a quote on a paint job on my car. The representative said he would email us a quote. I never received a quote even after sending two follow up emails.
Fantastic work. Second time I’ve used them. The first time I was directed to use them when I was in an accident. The second I chose to use them myself.
My advice is go as far out of your way as you have to avoid caliber collision, Joe Hudson or anybody else but unless you want dishonesty and a bad experience which has been my experience, avoid it.. You may not get same crap experience. I'm not promising you that you will get bad service but I did. This is a survey where you ask for truth and that's what I'm trying to provide.
