This shop and the people have been so lovely throughout the process of getting my car fixed after I was the victim of a hit and run. Lori, Jeremy, Austin have been so kind and wonderful and patient during a time that has been extremely stressful and taxing on many fronts. The team at the Caliber Collision in Federal Heights has been one of the few positive experiences since my car accident.
This shop was absolutely the best!!
TLDR: these guys are nice people who do great work, highly recommend I found myself in the unlucky situation where I had to bring my Lexus GX460 here twice in the span of 2 months for separate issues. First was vandalism and second was a rear end collision. Both times the folks at this caliber location got me in quickly, got my car looking good as new, and finished the job ahead of schedule. They provided text updates on how the job was coming along and were responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend
