HORRIBLE! I would not recommended this place to anybody! Manager John? The worst…overcharged my insurance AND no customer service! I was called 3x that my car was ready and all 3 it wasn’t! What did John say? “People make mistakes that’s why theirs erasers”. Excuse me? they had my car for 2 months, had to pick it up and ended up taking it to another shop…which they told me my car was missing MANY parts! Stay away from this place and avoid yourself a headache.
Caliber in Indio off Madi St is simply the best. Top notch professionals everywhere you look. A perfect experience. Thank you All!
