We were looking forward to having our vehicle repaired; unfortunately however, we were informed that it had to be totaled. My 7-10 day repair ended up being almost 2 months due to unqualified techs and damaged replacement parts. Despite being assured that Caliber would reimburse me for the extended rental car cost, I am still getting the runaround. After paying over $1800 for the rental car, I have received nothing including promised call backs from John, the regional or district manager, who is supposedly responsible for handling this matter.
