Brought my car in for a warranty repair (pealing paint) was told they’d call me and let me know when to bring my car in. I waited two weeks with no one reaching out so I called in and was told oh your appointment is July 14th.. I said well no one called me.. he said sorry. She handled everything start to finish and made the whole process easy. All the parts were ordered correctly without me having to worry about it, and her communication was solid the entire time. She got me scheduled quickly and was intentional about not wasting my time.
