Dissatisfied with the job. Good customer service. However; the quality of the repair didn’t it meet expectations. Repair did not resolve the issue as expected. Took my car in because it was in an accident (went over a curb). They “fixed” it. Brought it BACK twice. Told them it still had a noise and pedal was shaking. Caliber told me they checked it and found nothing wrong. That the noise was coming from my transmission. My was totally fine. Took it to Bergstrom to get it checked, spent extra $190 to do so.
