The general manager Marcus of this location is completely unprofessional and the absolute WORST. He will fast talk you and create scenarios that are false instead of upholding the warranty provided by the company. He approached me as if I was in the wrong when I asked them to correct the repairs and implied that I did further damage when the vehicle was returned to me not in the proper condition. He is a con artist and a horrible reflection of the caliber brand
I picked this Caliber Collision location ( 6409 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX) because they are Mercedes Benz certified which was important to me. Krystan, my service advisor was knowledgeable, nice, and professional. She always kept me informed about my car ( and their ap). I called/ texted more than once about a concern, and she was always patient and eased my mind. I'm glad she was my advisor, and I'm glad I went to this location. Had a glass appointment for 9am, they kept the car all day and didn’t even start work for 6 more hours. Installer was courteous but everyone in between on the customer service end was a waste. My whole day was taken up by this seemingly 2 hour task. Jessica was snarky on the phone. She ruined my experience and I will never go back to caliber for any future service because of her. I would have demanded my money back had they not already completed the work. 0/10 would never recommend.
After three separate experiences, I cannot recommend this company.
