I waited a long time for an appointment with Caliber, following the tornado, and my encounter with them has left me very dissatisfied. I decided to take my vehicle to Caliber Collision for body repairs from an accident. It was the best decision I've ever made!!!! The receptionist Veronica was very customer service driven professional as well as Jacob the mechanic who talked to me personally and let me know in detail what the procedure and process was to repairing my vehicle. My husband and I are very happy with the level of service we received. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing autobody service. The manager, Jake, was awesome.
Staff was incredibly helpful after my accident. Very responsive and the customer service was incredible!
