Someone rear-ended my SUV and I had some bumper damage. Caliber worked directly with my insurance company and made the repair process quick and easy. Edgar was communicative and helpful. My vehicle looks good as new.
so easy.... the best people......I didn't feel rushed. They explained everything, answered all my questions. The accident was not my fault, so I didn't have to pay nor did my insurance. They made my "life" so easy. I will go back there if I need anything from them. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. I was so impressed. I think they even waxed it!
The employees here truly care about the work that they do and make the customers feel good knowing that they do. I got my car back in perfect condition. It couldn’t be more happy.
