Highly recommend this repair shop! They were quick and communicated every step with me. The results are amazing! Really happy with the work they did! And a bonus, my car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off lol
They kept our truck from December to April, for work that was quoted to take “a week and a half”. Communication was almost nonexistent. It was a nightmare of a situation for a repair that cost $8k (not to mention rental cars over 3.5 months). When the truck was FINALLY finished and ready to be picked up, the alignment was so bad it couldn’t be driven and had to spend another 3 hrs at the shop across the street getting the alignment done. In the last couple months I’ve had to use Caliber twice and they have definitely made unfortunate events easier to swallow. Jesse not only kept me well informed throughout process both times, but did a good job keeping my stress down. I’m glad to have him/them as my go to body shop in Montrose and highly recommend anyone needing body work to go see them.

*Do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of this circus.* My truck has been held hostage for 3 1/2 months after I was lied to repeatedly about this being "a week and a half repair". Every week I call back and am told it will be another week and a half. I live an hour away, so I have no way to do much but be patient.
