Amazing customer service! From speaking to Abby (Front Desk) on the phone to meeting her in person. Miguel (Mike) was very helpful with explaining repairs and the process. I did however, have to call for updates, no one ever communicated. My car was ready faster than I expected! Once picking up my vehicle, I did find some minor imperfections in which were addressed and corrected immediately. The staff here really is awesome, I highly recommend!
I was so excited to get my car back after not having it for two weeks as soon as I could get it I did. They were very fast considering they had to wait for parts to come in. I didn’t notice at first but after a further inspection I noticed a few things out of place so I took it back and informed them of the discrepancies and they fixed them with no hesitation. Absolutely so polite and helpful.
