Have had. my car repaired twice at Caliber (one was an insurance thing and the other was not) and everyone from the front desk to the technicians are very kind, non-intimidating and thorough when explaining repairs. On top of that, they do great work! I highly recommend them.
Caliber did a great job with my car repairs. They kept me informed and my car was ready a week ahead of expectation. Thank you. I was concerned about the paint color since my car is black but seems purple in the sun. The paint matches perfectly.
