They are the best, especially they are very professional. Caliber maintains continuous communication on the progress of the repair.
Everyone was personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Very friendly experience, my truck was in for hail damage, we walked around the truck, they marked all damaged parts that where not hail, and be honest with them about prior damage, dont try and scam your insurance. Caliber was so awesome, I asked about a previous dent on how much to fix, and they said snice it's already in the shop we will just pull that dent for free, now that's customer service. Every vehicle i own will now go to Caliber collusion.
The team at this location did a great job doing body work and paint on my car! They were quick, explained everything very thoroughly, and most of all so kind! Anna and Jodi were wonderful throughout the whole process! I’m really glad I took my car here to get the repairs that were needed!
