While I appreciate the discount that was given, it took over a week to repair a broken window and tint it. And it was installed with a very obvious scratch in the window. Pretty disappointing given how long everything took.

Took my RAV4 Prime to have them take a look before filing a claim and the General Manager fixed it within 5 minutes. They have forever earned my business. I had backed out of my garage and left the rear door open and I bent the door frame. Forever grateful.
Long story short, I had a horrible experience with the gmc dealership. I stopped by over at caliber collision and spoke to a justice, she was amazing!!! Actually felt like she cared about my issue 10 out of 10 from start to finish. She helped me order the parts I needed and installed them with her team!!! Someone give her a promotion!!!
