I've had to use Caliber twice this year. Both times they were very helpful and repaired my car in a timely manner. The damage was on the passenger side of my car. However, after the second repair, my driver's side door was not opening unless I pushed on it very hard. Rich @ Caliber diagnosed the problem on Wednesday. I picked up the part (weatherstripping) on Thursday and it was fixed by Thursday afternoon!!! I'm a happy person!!! Thanks Rich (and Andrea).
I have had car work completed at this office three times. They are very professional, supportive and explain the work that they do. Recently, I had to bring in my Hyaundai for some work to the front bumber. I have been very pleased with the service provided at this Caliber Collision. Rich Fugier, general manager is excellent and provides excellent service. The lady behind the front desk is also great!
My service was done quickly I spoke to Andrea and she was very lovely to speak to and made my process so easy and stress free I would totally recommend this place
Took my vehicle into the shop to have some repairs done after a incident was beyond happy with my repairs and service I got the lady at the front was amazing and helped me through all the steps as well as my service advisor I was updated through every step and very satisfied with the repair work I had done here would take my vehicle here again
Justin was very professional and responsive. Caliber did an excellent job with the repairs.
