Long story short, I had a horrible experience with the gmc dealership. I stopped by over at caliber collision and spoke to a justice, she was amazing!!! Actually felt like she cared about my issue 10 out of 10 from start to finish. She helped me order the parts I needed and installed them with her team!!! Someone give her a promotion!!! What a professional group! Jake is amazing. Honest and hardworking. Very trustworthy! Pam always greets you with a smile and kindness. I would recommend them anytime. It’s not fun having your car worked on but they make it far less stressful!
My old Subaru had a hanging front bumper and I was afraid it would fall off. I stopped on a whim at Caliber and Pat, the receptionist, made me welcome and comfortable right away. Then the general manager looked at my car and said that a technician could fix it in a few minutes!! I enjoyed a good cuppa coffee and before I was finished my car was repaired. It looks perfect. I was thinking I’d have to use Gorilla Tape! I am so happy with the staff and service.
