What a professional group! Jake is amazing. Honest and hardworking. Very trustworthy! Pam always greets you with a smile and kindness. I would recommend them anytime. It’s not fun having your car worked on but they make it far less stressful!
My old Subaru had a hanging front bumper and I was afraid it would fall off. I stopped on a whim at Caliber and Pat, the receptionist, made me welcome and comfortable right away. Then the general manager looked at my car and said that a technician could fix it in a few minutes!! I enjoyed a good cuppa coffee and before I was finished my car was repaired. It looks perfect. I was thinking I’d have to use Gorilla Tape! I am so happy with the staff and service.
I had an outstanding experience at this Caliber Collision. I was involved in a fender bender and found Caliber Collision through the internet. I met Jake Shaw and he took a look at the damage and told me he was able to buff it out and asked that I just make a donation to his charity which was a food bank. When I took the car in to get it fixed the following week it was a VERY quick wait and everyone could not have been nicer.
