I just wanna say that I was pleased of how fast this business took my claim to fix my rear end bumper and tail light from a collision. They were so helpful from the phone call, to the immediate booking me as well as the receptionist I'd refer anyone to this business. Robert u were excellent and I appreciate you more than you know. I called to schedule an appointment at this location for my Ford F250 super duty. I gave the location all my vehicle information and the details for my contact. I showed up to the appointment at the next day and they told me they do not work on trucks like mine. Now I am two weeks out at getting an appointment at a different location that does. I do not understand why this was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment after I gave them all of my vehicle details.

Please take your vehicle to a better shop. This place had my Truck for over a month for minor damage. Half that time was waiting on some small plastic clip. The day they get the clip they messaged to tell me they were finishing it up, and were on track for me to pick up that evening. 4 days later im informed it hasnt been touched. Then I pick my truck up when its finally done and they tell me its good to pick up and the tires are pretty low due to weather changing and my gas tank was on Empty.
