I brought my sons car to be fixed at this location. They were able to get the repairs done quickly & i was able to get my son off to college with his car. Thank you
I just wanna say that I was pleased of how fast this business took my claim to fix my rear end bumper and tail light from a collision. They were so helpful from the phone call, to the immediate booking me as well as the receptionist I'd refer anyone to this business. Robert u were excellent and I appreciate you more than you know. My truck looks like it was never hit and I thank you all for everything you done to make this experience a Great experience. Thank you all again very much🫶
I called to schedule an appointment at this location for my Ford F250 super duty. I gave the location all my vehicle information and the details for my contact. I showed up to the appointment at the next day and they told me they do not work on trucks like mine. Now I am two weeks out at getting an appointment at a different location that does. I do not understand why this was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment after I gave them all of my vehicle details.
Helpful friendly associates! My car was returned 2 days earlier than original estimate. Repairs look fantastic!
Top notch quality and customer service. Professional, friendly, thorough and painless, Robert and the team here made this so easy for us. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and our car looks like new again! We will definitely be back if the need arises again. Thanks Caliber!
