I have used Caliber Collision three times for multiple vehicles and this experience, by far, was the absolute worst. What should have been a routine, 2 - 3 week repair job, turned into almost 2 months of incompetence and laziness on their part. If I hadn't taken the initiative to start contacting my insurance, the parts manufacturer, and CC Headquarters, I am almost certain my truck would still be sitting in their shop. Horrible experience. Would highly NOT recommend.
They delayed sending inspections documents to my state farm insurance it's been two weeks since they inspect
Nick and Kevin were awesome!!! I was able to have minor damage on my headlights fixed, almost immediately. Granted, I had the pieces. I paid and waited for them to be mailed to me directly from the Subaru website, but I had bought them directly from there, and my mechanic is backed up, so he couldn't do the job in time. I walked in, told them exactly what my mechanic was going to charge, and they were willing to help me, for the exact same price. I had cash on hand. Must've been perfect timing!
