No one wants to be used to repair shops and I hope to not need them again but it was great service. They guarantee their work and didn’t realize they were nationwide. My 19 Durango was fixed when promised. I know each case is different but I was kept informed at each phase my truck was in. Every staff member was friendly but Trey was the person to call me each time which was nice because he knew the history and could answer all my questions. Very polite, thanks all!
They do good work. Was happy with the job they did. Kept me updated on my cars repairs.
Friendly and helpful customer service. Vehicle repair was completed a week earlier than expected. Vehicle looks great on outside and clean inside upon return. Caliber works with Progressive, and that is how we found them, but I would recommend using them for any vehicle repair needs.
