amazing experience from scheduling the appointment to picking up my vehicle. Their customer service is exceptional and I would not use anyone else for repairs
I had a damaged left rear quarter panel and Caliber Collision in Broomfield had the best rating per the insurance company. They earned my respect with great customer service from beginning to end. Frequent texts provided status and they also organized the Enterprise rental car to be at Caliber when I dropped off my car and took care of returning it as well.

These folks are honest! Someone backed into my car and didn’t leave a note. Afterwards, one of the parking sensors on my car wasn’t working correctly. And some of the trim was loose. I didn’t really know how much damage was behind the scenes, so I took it to Caliber Collision. They had worked on my car about a year and a half before and had done a great job, so I went back to get a quote to deal with this damage.
