I would not use them again. They had the car for a month for a minor parking lot mishap. Communication during that time was decent. I picked it up in a rush because I had to be somewhere else and took it home where I was later able to further inspect repairs. Lesson learned: The repair quality is lacking. The paint has multiple flaws, there are indentations in the panel that weren't there before, and there was a windshield crack that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
