I got an estimate here and the staff was so friendly! The front desk girl was lovely to chat with as well.
I called this facility because the other caliber location 1 mile away stated that they should be an authorized repair facility for the Ford lightning EV. So I called, spoke to the receptionist and asked are you authorized to work on the Ford lightning EV. She put me on a brief hold, came back and said well I just spoke to my general manager and he says it sounds like we should be able to.. but if we happen to not be authorized, we’ll find somebody and send it to them.. We were incredibly impressed with the team at Caliber Collision (I-70 Wheat Ridge location). They were efficient and kept the communication going with every step they made on our vehicle. They were even early as far as getting our car back to us! Special shout out to Tanya and Jules who were very professional and always available to answer our questions. Really appreciate you guys, and would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking to get vehicle repairs done!
