They told me i needed a brand new headlight, even though the headlight is 100% operational and not broken whatsoever. The tried to add a 1300$ headlight which resulted in my car becoming a total loss. They then tell me i can pick my car AFTER THEY RIPPED IT APART and made me take it without a bumper.
