Had an unexpected wonderful experience at this Caliber location. Technicians repaired an armrest in my vehicle that I mistakenly thought occurred there during previous repairs. Service Manager, Troy, did not charge me for these repairs for which I am very appreciative and thankful.
I am very pleased. Am having trouble with turn signal. I don't know if it is a problem from the accident. I will stop by some time and have you look at it. The turn signal works but does not shut off by itself.

I brought my Ram Rebel in after a crash because my insurance recommended them, but I wish I’d gone anywhere else. The customer service was consistently rude and dismissive—every single time I interacted with them. They kept my truck for nearly three months for mostly cosmetic repairs, and it ended up costing about $20,000.
