Miss Katrina was very polite and professional and Curtis. Also it was no time wasted at all. They had my car in and out no inconvenience whatsoever now we will road test. I would recommend caliber collision to anybody or anyone.
The customer service was great.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received regarding my car. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciate her dedication. I even received my car back before the expected finish date, which was a great surprise. Additionally, the lady in the front office was extremely helpful and made the entire process even easier. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision.
