⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! My vehicle repair was completed ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. Josh was especially helpful—he clearly communicated the repair timeline and made sure I knew how to reach him if I had any questions or concerns. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for anyone needing quality, reliable service!
It's really 3.5 stars. Initial repair needed to be redone cause it was not a clean finish. When we picked it up they tried to make it better but it still is subpar. Was told double sided tape should hold it in place. I have to push on the part of the vehicle where it doesnt adhere to make it stay in place. At least we have a lifetime warranty. Im tempted to add superglue to the part that is not totally adhering but it may void warranty so we will bring back if it becomes undone since its a lifetime warranty on work.
Excellent service from start to finish! I appreciate how much communication I received throughout the repair process.
