Today is August 18, 2026. I was in a collision Aug 1st when someone rear ended my MK5 Supra Final Edition and decided to take it to this shop because I heard good things, it was close and "in network" with Allstate. Initially my first choice would have been Signature Finishes but since it was out of network and had a wait time due to their own stellar quality of work, I chose this in cooperation with Allstate. Caliber did a great job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The repairs were very fast. Kenny is an amazing repair tech! Avery was so helpful. The front desk woman was also great. Highly recommend! And Butch as well. Everything was fast thorough and the car looks great.

Terrible customer service. They left my car with the bumper trim improperly fitted and told me to just take it as is—since it was already 5:20 PM—and come back the next day. But when I returned the next day, they told me no, I had to come back *again* the following day—all just to avoid taking responsibility.
