The only reason I’m not giving one star is because I’ve been to the Annapolis location but as I sit here outside of the Glen Burnie location as the employee showed up late and quickly re-locked the door. at 7:42 and even when I called they said the staff ain’t gonna be here until eight. But I was told to be here at 7:30 and to “be on time” for the estimator to look at my car. Then the “staff showed up and opened the door at 7:45. It’s bad business.
When I say I had an amazing experience, I genuinely could not be any happier. Although I had what one would consider minor (tailgate dent and cracked bumper) . The service was excellent from Tam at the front desk and Floyd who kept an open communication with me during the whole process all while keeping a smile on his face. Just pleasant!!!
Excellent work, and done quicker than expected!
