Doug and team are great to work with highly recommend.
I dropped my car off on a Monday at the Velp location after making an appointment. I was notified on Thursday by the Manitowoc Rd location that they received my car. After asking a few questions I found out the Velp location had my car for 4 days and never started the repair. I called the Velp location and spoke to Doug. I got a lot of excuses, all of which were B.S. The only reason I went with 2 stars instead of 1 is because Doug called the Manitowoc Rd location to bail him out with a quick turn around, which they did. The ... read more
Got into a small fender bender and took it to Caliber Collision. Doug and his team did a fantastic job with handling the repair and walking me thru the process. The repair was done quicker than they orginally told me it would be and was also done extremely well. Thanks Doug and team!

My car looks awesome. I requested a non OE custom replacement grill and requested that they paint the custom grill winglets. They didn't have to but they did and it fit into the original budget. Great work, great job! Thanks, Kurt
