Had a Great Experience! Took my car in for something under warranty. I thought yeah right, this isn't going to be easy. Received a call from a girl named Tye she sat up the date for me to come in. Excellent. It says a lot about a business and or company that is will to help, even if you're not their customer. Long story short. Flat tire at 5 am in my pickup truck, my jack decided to give out on me- I waited until this place opened at 8am to see if I could borrow a jack to replace my tire. Low and behold, here comes Andrew out of the side of the store rollin' over a 3-ton jack for me. 10 minutes later, I was on my way. Now that is service with a smile.
I had originally left a bad review after getting my car back but after speaking with the general manager Andrew today, I am revising my review to 5 stars. He really helped me get everything in order today to make sure it was right and I really appreciate the transparency and the commitment. Thank you again for everything :)
