I was in a car accident and Team was so amazing from the beginning. They made sure I scheduled my appointment to have my car repaired. They kept me updated through out the process of my car via phone and text which I really appreciate it. Okay experience at this location — heard great things about Caliber from friends in auto industry. Repair took 4 weeks rather than 2 weeks as they did not order all parts originally (front bumper repair), the fitment of new bumper and trim is not perfect but okay. Called several times throughout the repairs and the technicians and customer service were positive and fielded my concerns and frustrations well.
