Great team to work with! Communicated everything upfront and during the repair, handled all the insurance paperwork which made it very easy and seamless. Car looked like new when I got it back. Would highly recommend!
Steve the manager is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me out. I was in Lafayette for work and my bumper was dragging due to hitting a raccoon. I was concerned about getting back home to Indy - he took the time to get under my car in the parking lot and zip tie it up so I could safely make it home. Above and beyond is all I can say. Grateful for people like Steve and his Caliber shop
