Good work. Good customer service in general, but they kept my car an extra 5 days because they couldn't get insurance sign off. Yet if they had contacted me I could have called insurance and resolved it with a phone call, which is what I did. For that matter, they could have too.
This was one of the Greatest business experiences of my life. This is totally unbelievable to me. A piece of the bottom of my exterior door molding/trim broke off and they repaired it for FREE! I brought my mom’s car to Caliber Collision on 7/7 to have the front driver-side fender replaced. This was where we were informed we could go since my mom was going through her insurance. After 3 weeks, we were notified the car was ready for pickup on 7/31, but we were told there was now a "slight sway" due to bad rear bushings, and were advised to avoid freeway driving if possible.
