I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Caliber. For reference im a college student, and been here TWICE now. So my first accident which involved my jeep, was about 4 months ago, the front of my car got hit while i was with family. Hyde Park Caliber recently repaired my vehicle , which included body work, paint, replacing parts and front bumper. They were helpful from the first phone call regarding insurance and then the estimate. Communicated directly to me regarding what would be done and why and when. Was asked for my opinion and needs for the process to happen. With validation and respect. Gave me a ride to get back to my home, and offered to pick me up as well.
